Parent Communication Guidelines

Primary Communication Channels

All official communication will be sent through:

  1. Email (school-wide and class-specific)

  2. WhatsApp groups (announcements only)

  3. Parent portal Muntazim or other platform (for academic updates and progress reports)

Teacher Communication

  1. For non-urgent concerns, please contact teachers via email. Allow 48 hours for a response.

  2. For urgent matters, contact the Learning Center administration directly at learningcenter@islamcenter.com 

  3. Avoid discussing issues with teachers during class times or in hallways.

Meetings

  1. Parent-teacher conferences will be scheduled at least twice per academic year.

  2. Additional meetings can be requested via the Learning Center office.
