OUR STORY
In September of 1998, the Muslim families from the Northeast Valley joined efforts towards achieving a shared vision: building an Islamic Center for the community of Scottsdale, Arizona. This extraordinary group worked diligently in making this noble project a reality despite the obstacles. They remained inspired by the words of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (pbuh): “Whoever builds a mosque for the sake of Allah, small or large, Allah shall build a house for him or her in Paradise.”
ICNEV is the first masjid to be built in Scottsdale and is also known as the Scottsdale Masjid.

We believe that the masjid should be more than a gathering of the faithful, but a gathering of people looking to beautify both themselves and the world around them.
